Culture and all Seeing Eye accountants is purely that of the Silicon Valley mindset. It can never be all fun and games because one of our main mottos is called Murphy's Law. Murphy's Law states that in any field of endeavor anything that can go wrong will go wrong. Left to themselves things will always go from bad to worse. If there is a possibility several things going wrong, that is the one that will cause the most damage. Nature always sides with a hidden flaw. Everything seems to be going well, you have obviously overlooked something. Murphy's Law. Specializing in contingency disaster risk management working on contingency pots that actually activate other contingency pots that nobody even knew standing by whether it be an accounting office or another setting. Off on bots rotation schedules so that we always know our craft we always know our bots and we are always prepared.

Risk management robotics for accounting and CPA practices or other office environments. On this note culture and carefulness will not fall into a regular routine for the sake of routine or small productivity gains in the expense that that one thing will cause the most damage. We will live more of a structured randomness lifestyle by using apps bots and applications on our devices and computers in our coaching methods management styles for easy decision-making within structure to keep everything and everyone always guessing testing and running drills. Never cut corners.

Culture why can't give away my whole portfolio of products in process soon to be patents in process become products I can tell you that there related to learning, and learning an efficient and effective manner that affects decisions in many different scenarios. It also is heavy on physical exercise at a certain level depending on the individual in order to increase productivity focus creativity confidence and decrease symptoms of office in winter depression or cabin fever . While potentially working longer hours and utilizing flow just do it. Just keep going don't stop so the job is done. I don't stop I'm tired I stop when I'm done. (James Bond). I personally like to utilize a stationary bike and I create standing zones sitting zones and different angles of monitors and devices in my culture if you want to have a better computer or better monger or better set up, you will never hear me get jealous because you want to increase your productivity or you want to do more for the company and add more value.

Some of the projects are related to security some of them could be considered high tech but the technology is technology that's been around for a little while just being applied in different ways so not complicated as I don't want to lead you on believing a NASA project. The projects related to optimizing decisions gonna require advanced mathematical computational programming customer psychology and design.

Why is this company considered eclectic may be asking because of how many different departments that are seemingly unrelated they can be working closely together because still is knocking to be a very large company as I see it. One of the projects for example, could probably hire high school kids test them with come up with the solutions playing around with the trials and errors to get to the point where we would need to be to come up with product that I believe I've Artie envisioned. There is a need market for it. And once that need is met another meat that arrise. Lately venture capitalists have been calling this doing good by doing good. I told projects that are less tech heavy which you can employ youngers generations to tinker, he imagined as a company ages and they do as well iteration X would we be that much more perfect that much more closer to perfection of our competition that the dust.

So in conclusion on culture to culture innovation creativity and paranoia.

Do what you can do. Do what you will do.

My old personal and then business motto was do what you can do. Do what you will do this needs to be improved on as it’s too optimistic, and does away with risk management and leave it out of the equation. my father used to tell me that Murphy’s Law was in everything, and he would have me memorize them at the end of flashcards as a point to be precise and angry at your work it into your work one mistake and you’re dead.

“The new motto reads do what you can do, do what you will do. Plus Murphy’s Law is extended.”
